To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
You look through the glass at the blank paper on the desk. So, you are looking at both the blank paper on the desk and a superimposed reflection of the iPhone/iPad screen in the glass, both of which are in your field of vision.
There are some limitations--which probably explains the negative reviews. It's difficult to see your pen or paintbrush because it is blocked by the reflected image from the iPhone/iPad.
However, I'm not aware of anything that does this at this price point. The art projectors I've found online cost a fortune and, I imagine, would have similar limitations.
