When I saw how small my Amazon box was I knew something must be wrong. Sure enough, when I took the jacket out, I couldn't believe the difference in quality from my other Columbia jacket that is now about 5 yrs. old. The fleece is so light and almost see-through thin. It is a pretty jacket to be sure, and I love the deep blue color, but be aware that Columbia products are not what they used to be.

Disappointing

Definitely not the quality I would expect from Columbia. I'm 5'4" 115 lbs and normally would wear a small but this was very roomy on me. I like the option of being able to layer under this jacket but I'm quite sure I could still do this with an XS. Jacket was stiff - especially cuffs. I did not wash it to see if it would soften because I plan to return it. The worst part about it was the pockets. Lined with some material that catches on your skin in 100 places when you put your hand inside. Ugh! Will look elsewhere for a better quality replacement for my current fleece jacket.

Cheap patch logo, instead of embroidered logo

I bought this jacket in a size Large. It was great condition and all over I was very happy with it, but I decided I’d like a looser fit so I ordered an XL from the same seller. The XL came quickly, but it feels like it’s a 2X and the Columbia logo was a patch, not embroidered. I looked back at the website and it did say, in the small print, it could have the embroidered logo or a patch. Not cool. It makes it look cheap! Needless to say, I’m not very happy. They should give you the choice or make that a little more clear.

Not a great fit.

I really liked these jackets, but it seems the fit isn’t like it used to be. My old dark gray was starting to show wear so I replaced it with the same size and style, but it’s not the same. Too fitted through the waist and the sleeves are too long and too big around the wrist. I returned it and will try at a local store where I can try on several sizes to hopefully find one that fits better.

I thought this was the same as the columbia sweater that I've got. I ordered the same size as the one I have and then had to return it and order a size smaller in this one. Even still it is larger than the other one I've got; roomy in the mid section and baggy sleeves. The elastic at the wrists is a bit snug when I pull up the sleeves at all though, which I like to do. I am actually disappointed in this sweater and I should have returned it, but it's too late now. I hardly wear it. It is warm and soft, but not what I was wanting I guess. I wouldn't recommend this jacket.

I expected it to run a little small but it’s extremely small. It’s also a little lighter weight than expected. I purchased a heavier model in a medium (I usually wear small) and kept it. However, I’d consider buying a large especially if I were going to wear a sweater under it.

Looks like they left in the sun for a couple days let it get faded and then decided to send it to me.just looks more grey. Took two pictures with and without flash so you can see for yourself. Not what I thought I was going to get. Since I work outdoors and it's cold in the morning I needed something now and guess this willl have to do until I find something better,if I didn't I'd be sending this right back.

Alright, so I've been wearing this everyday for work in the morning and had to literally go across the street at the nearby store while at work to buy a thermal because it dosent actually keep me as warm, when I'm at work it's 42-43 degrees and my uniform includes a short sleeve shirt. The area not covered by my arm and while wearing this jacket is friggin freezing. Maybe it would work for high 50+ degree weather but definitely not for cold weather at all. It's more for kind of not really cold but just a tad bit cold Weather

Black is Gray, not Black!

This review is more about the color than the jacket itself. i had one in black that i loved, but left it at a hotel and couldn't get it back. i ordered a replacement in black, but the one I received is gray not black. I couldn't find anything on the label and packaging indicating what color it is so I'm not sure if this is their idea of black or what. The one I had was absolutely black and that is what I wanted. It's too much trouble to send it back so I'm keeping the gray jacket, but I'm very disappointed with it and don't know how much I'll even really wear it. If you are looking for black as I was, don't order this one that is listed as "black".

Had issues with this jacket the first one i got was not black it clearly was grey, it also did not say Columbia so it is not the real brand name, i did tell them i am returning for a black one and one that says Columbia, well it does say Columbia but it is still not a true black leaning towards dark grey, i still have yet to wear it since i really want black, i will go to a store to get a proper jacket!
