I purchased this massage gun 29th May 2020 based on those "good reviews" on Amazon. It arrived at about 3 - 4 weeks later. In the beginning, I was so excited that something can replace my regular weekly massage sessions and save me some coins. After first a couple of times, the machine gets so noisy after running about 10mins. I initially thought that was my illusion for continuously hearing the "giggling" from the machine for too long. However, the noise actually got louder and louder and it eventually broke down after several uses (about 4th time, each 15-20mins). To whom is considering getting one of those, be careful of the quality.
Updated (20/07/2020): Requested return of the product. The guy from the customer service team wanted me to pay for my own postage! It wasn't solved though after a series of email communications. However, the service has picked up well after I left a negative product review and their supervisor stepped in for that. The overall experience is satisfied but can be improved.
