I was very pleased with this bath mat initially and contemplated buying ones in other colours as I rotate bath mats to match the towels. However, despite being washed with care and only used for a few weeks and never for longer than a week at a time, the middle section started to disintegrate and this rapidly got worse so it became no longer usable. A very disappointing purchase and a total waste of money !

I was initially happy with the purchase and even bought six mats to alternate while others are being cleaned. However, only after 6 months of usage (mats are washed once in two weeks because I have two sets), the foundation started to disintegrate. Every time I wash the mats in a washing machine, everything is covered in remains that come off them.

This was a fine product until I washed it following the washing guidelines. The inner/back layer became destroyed and no longer had the “waterproof” backing. Totally useless after a single wash. Would not recommend.
