Poor products and bad customer service

I bought two of these bath mats, one of the 36.2 x 24 and one of the 31.5 x 19.8, both in denim blue. The backing of the larger one started flaking immediately and the photo shows how it looked after less than 1 week of use. The smaller one will not lay flat on the floor and the curled edges are a tripping hazard.

I contacted the company with these photos prior to posting this review. They acknowledged that the flaking was a quality control problem and made no other comment about it. They blamed the curled mat on the shipping process and offered useless advice to put something heavy on it to flatten it. There was no offer to replace the defective mats.

Thankfully, I'm still inside the return window. Forget about getting any help if you're outside of the return window. This company does not stand by their products.

Have had several of these rugs before and never had ANY problems (spilled and stained my last one I was replacing with this one). Was "warped" even after laying flat on floor. Tried many ways to straighten out, none would work. BEWARE THIS VENDOR AND THIS PRODUCT. DONT GET SCAMED LIKE I DID!

Cheap quality

Don't waste your money. I purchased this because of the color and size. It came folded and wrinkled. I placed it on the floor and for several days I put heavy books on it in hopes to flatten it out. No luck. I also noticed that the width looked shorter in the middle so I measured it and the width of the middle is 1.5 inches shorter than the rest. I was very disappointed in my purchase and do not recommend this bath rug. Cheaply made and not worth the $$.

I purchased the same brand of bath mat before, and was very satisfied with the quality, so I ordered a bigger size 51in x 24 in this time.
There's a very very strong moldy stink smell when I opened the package, and it's not even a rectangular shape. The bath mat looks like it's been soaking in something before. I am very upset with the order this time, not going to order this brand again.

Arrived in torn package with dirt all over, looks used or was in stock for long. Thought to myself , color matches at least. Yet another disappointment, incorrect advertising. It skids n slips, does not stay put. Very thin. This should be priced less than $5. Feel cheated.

This bathmat should have been rolled to ship instead of folded in half. The area where the fold lies has a permanent divot in the memory foam, and it feels like it could tear apart because that area is so thin. I have been trying to smooth it out ever since it arrived.

These are not soft and squishy. They do not absorb very much water. Buy the better homes and gardens bathroom rugs from Walmart they have a much softer feel, they squish under your feet and absorb a ton of water and they are also cheaper than this brand.
