I bought an extra large because I knew that it would shrink after I washed and dried it and I wanted it to fit comfortably. I normally wear a large which is a slightly loose fit. Medium is a snug fit on my body frame. When this arrived it looked very small for an extra large but I figured I would give it a shot, so I washed and dried it and once it was done it was even smaller. The extra large arrived as a medium 5 and after washing it it fit like a small. So I gave it to my 11 year 🤦‍♀️. Great material and very soft but the sizing is way off
