thick, absorbant towels. bought some different brand towels after this purchase and they are not even close to these towels. the only reason it is not 5 stars is i consider the towels a little bit too small. getting a bath sheet of these towels would be perfect

UPDATE: After a month of using these towels I went ahead and bought a second set. Same thing, I washed and dried about 3 times before the lint started to subside. But for all the punishment my sons put them through, they have lasted with no frays or tears. A couple of weeks ago I cheaped out and bought a different brand for a few dollars less..... WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Nowhere near as thick or soft, we didn't bother opening the package.

I am now returning those and buying my third set of these towels.

Just got these today. I took a risk with these because I can't find any towels in turquoise with really high number of reviews (not ratings). The poor reviews about lint are true! We immediately washed and dried, cleaning the lint filter three times! I was warned.

Also, I feel the color was off, not as deep as in the photos. They are thick and seem to hold up in the wash, I will update accordingly.

I purchased this set of 6 hand towels from Amazon which are American Soft Linen Turkish Towels and received them very fast. Love the fact that these are made in the USA! I ordered the navy color and love them! These are the softest towels I have ever owned. The problem is when washing them the first time I noticed a hole just a little smaller than the size of a dime in one of them. I am sure this hole will continue to grow. I wish there was some way to replace this one towel without replacing them all. I guess I will just keep them and hope for the best. Revised: I also ordered the black hand towels. They are beautiful and lush! The bad thing is they shed really bad when washed and dried. I've washed them several times now and they are still shedding some. Hoping after many washings they will stop.

Tons of lint everywhere still. I washed and dried these as directed (also recommended by other reviewers) before using and have washed and dried a handful of times after use, there’s still lint everywhere! I realize that lint & towels are a package deal and apparently you should too should you buy, seemingly copious amounts of it.
They are still soft though and I expect them to still be so as usage increases. And they seem to be absorbant.

I like how I’ve had these towels for a few months now and they are still holding up fine, they are so soft even after all this time.
Only thing I didn’t like is how I had to wash these towels 4 times, I tried to dry myself after only washing them twice and I ended up super itchy covered in orange fibers.
Wash them 4 times to avoid a bad experience at first

Wish they were bath sheet size. They are very soft but not too soft. They absorb well but hold the water on the ends and it feels chilly. (In the winter ).
Love the towels and wash rags. The wash rags manage the soap very well. A little soap goes a long way.

Very sofy towels, feels great on skin! They absorb lots of water and are on the thicker side. Love these! When i dry them there is lots of lint in the dryer. So we will see gow lo g the softness lasts over time. Ive used them for a couple weeks and so far so good.

Towels arrived kinda dull but after washing per manufacturer’s instructions, they became very fluffy and absorbent. One downfall is the amount of lint these towels produce. Hopefully this tapers off with more washes.
