To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Given the price of these, please do not expect the compression performance of 2XU, Skins, Under Armour, or Nike Pro. They are not as compressing and do not provide the kind of support that you will need to reduce the impact of muscle vibration, nor do they give that locked in feel that post-workout recovery needs.
But as a cheap and cheerful baselayer to take the edge off the cool weather, they are not that bad. The construction looks like it will last a few washes and would do really well for yoga and stretching where you want everything to stay in place.
If you are thinking about buying these for performance, save up and get some of the better known brands. But if you are getting them as a cheap and disposable baselayer for between seasons, then go for it.
They also run a little big so if you are true to size, then you might want to size down to get that compression, but if you are slightly bigger than true, then they will be fine.
