An XL was ordered which was described as a 16. I doubt the item delivered was even 14 as it was completely impossible to close the zip and my wife can wear 14 trousers although they are a little tight.. Other than the size it may be OK but it is very thin slightly see through material. Not really the "formal" skirt described.

Flap at the front looks really weird

While this skirt looks really cute in the stock photo, in person it was a different story. The flap or ruffle or whatever you want to call it is very unflattering and just kind of looked off. It distracted from the look of it rather than being a cute detail like I expected.

Way, way to small

I normally wear a size 12, I am 5'11"/174 lbs.
I could not even get this zipped, I ordered an XL. XL!
See-thru material that does stretch, just not enough to make up for being at least two sizes too small.
Bummer.
