This thing is nothing like the advertisement. You have to push down hard on the back metal plates against your neck to feel ANYTHING and even when you do it's the slightest tapping that you can hardly feel. If anything, it feels like a tiny electric shock rather than a massage. I wouldn't even be able to feel it on the most sensitive parts of my body let alone my neck which really needs a good massage. Don't bother even trying it - it's horrible and I've just asked for a refund.
