This was my first North Face apparel and discovered the jacket was too tight for me. I could not button the jacket. However, the package arrived quickly and I am very impressed with the service.

Excellent except the hood.

Excellent rain jacket with exception of the hood. The hood is so large that I am not able to adjust the fit well enough to see while the hood is up. I live in the rainy Pacific North West where a hood is necessary. Have to wear a baseball cap under the hood.
