Reclaimed is book 2 of the Shadow Beast shifter series and it is amazing!!! Jaymin Eve, you nailed it. Again.

The storyline just evolves in such a way that kept me on the edge of my seat. So, so, so much happens. I didnt want it to end. Which is exactly how I felt with Rejected and I slowed down reading it. And then did the same with Reclaimed.

The chemistry between Mera and Shadow is HOLY HOTNESS and I love how they don't appear to be true mates but that seems ok with them both. Maybe it's possible to have more than 1 true mate??? I hope so for Mera's sake. Because I can't stand Torin. I can't wait to see how this pans out.

And OMG. What the heck is that ending????
I need more. So much more.

Very (im)patiently waiting for book 3.
Come on March. Hurry up.

There were too many impulsive, TSTL moments from the heroine, which, in addition to the bratty, b!tchy moments, made it hard to truly like her personality. The hero is also hard to love seeing as he is so emotionally constipated. He just keeps demanding that the heroine belongs to him and she keeps giving in. However, he did improve at the very end.
Besides the annoying characteristics of the h&H, the storyline was interesting and the writing flowed well. The cliffhanger ending was actually really good. I didn’t think I would keep reading the series since I was finding the H&h a bit too annoying, but then she went and ended the story like that! So now I want to know what happens next 😂

3/5 character -mc felt all over the place. Being super mad and confident, then like the snap of fingers falling apart and running to the person who supposedly killed their best friend/mentor, and you wanted to murder 2 seconds ago. Also starts to feel like multiple good character ideas put into the same character that the character feels a bit mismatched. Worst thing to happen when a character is like five different races of supernatural. Still a huge fan of Jaymin and look forward to other new realeses.

‘Reclaimed’ is book two in Jaymin Eve’s Shadow Beast Shifters series. Must read ‘Rejected’ prior to this and other cliffhanger is expected at the end of this book.

Being hated and ab*sed by her pack, got rejected by her true mate, got kidnapped by the Shadow Beast, nearly died multiple times, been kidnapped by her ex-pack, Mera has finally had enough and now it’s time for them all to fear her. With so much uncertainty about what she is Mera, Shadow and Angle go to the Shadow Realm to help Shadow get his revenge. Whilst hopefully finding some answers about who or what Mera is, as the connect to the shadow creatures and shadow realm is not normal for a Wolf Shifter.

Firstly I thought book ones cliffhanger was a little too much to handle but WHAT the actual, this one is sooooo much worse. I don’t know if I’m going to be able to handle waiting to know what is going to happen, I am spewing, NOT A FAN...

Now that my little rant is over on to the review. I just love how far both Mera and Shadow have come through this book, watching these two come together with their power, connection, feelings and growth.

Mera continues to grow and kicka**, along with her protectors she navigates the Shadow Realm like a boss. The new addition of Midnight was sweet and just what is needed to help keep Mera centred whilst in a foreign realm trying to come to terms with events and people that she must deal with.

Shadow, has started to come out of his thousands of years funk. He has opened up so much to Mera, although still surrounded by so much mystery. He now has a sixth member to his trusted and will do whatever it takes to protector and care for her. He is a smooth talker!!! *fans self

This book was so much more expl*site than ‘Rejected’ so many questions still left unanswered. Many shocks and unbelievable events will have you on the edge of your seat, swearing and cursing at the author, but that’s when you know your in for a great read. But I can NOT what to see what happens next. But that ending is KILLING me!!

Highly recommend this series, but for mature readers at there is HOTTT 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 intimately s*xual scenes.

Jaymin....OMG this book is just...wow, just wow! I loved it even more than book one and Mera, aka Sunshine, is such a cracker. Her sass and what cones out of her mouth is brilliant. I love how she is embracing who she is in this book and her snd Shadow together...holy hotness!! Shadow is so good in this book, you really get to see him open up more and see his connection to his Sunshine. We get introduced to so many more character but of course the favourite is Angel, she is bada$$ in this book once again and her connection to Mera is fantastic. I have already pre-ordered book three and am counting the days until it is released. This book has it all....action, supernatural characters, and steamy steamy scenes! Bring in book three.

While I liked the first book, I LOVED this book! The ending destroyed me a bit but I knew there was going to be some kind of major cliffhanger so I was expecting something, and what a something it was. When I read Rejected I was in a book coma from reading Jaymin and Tate's Dylan so I didn't fully immerse myself in this new world Jaymin has created, not until I started Reclaimed that is. In this book we get a few answers that arose from book one but also a whole bunch of questions, especially after that ending. I can't wait to see what else Jaymin has in store for us with these books, all I know is that I'm here for it!
