It has clear instruction and easy to use, I compared the accurate with my Apple Watch 6, they were nearly matched.

Well. I don't know how it knows the blood oxygen% without testing blood. But pulse rate is pretty accurate. You can feel beating on it. Doesn't come with batteries but still good value for money.
