I needed a black table runner to go over s Christmas table cloth and this runner is exactly what I was looking for. I have not washed it yet, so can't speak to that but it was pretty wrinkled out of the package which is to be expected. But an iron with steam fixed it. I have been so pleased with this runner. It lays beautifully.
