I bought this flag pole because the one that came with a Christmas flag I bought was very flimsy. It would blow around in the wind and I always fixing it. Decided to upgrade to a nicer one. This one doesn't budge! Its very sturdy and great quality. So far, its held up in the rain, wind and ice without rusting or shifting around. I love the shepherds hook feature and hung a cute solar light on it.

All in all a good stand for the price. My only issue was during assembly, the threads were cut wrong and made it impossible to screw the pieces together. Instead of returning, I made my own connector piece and applied a very liberal amount of JBWeld to secure everything together. Works fine, now but wish it would have just gone together perfectly without me having to figure something out. Holds a flag and a bird feeder and sits securely in the ground. All in all, a decent buy. Really like the design, but would probably find a similar style from another manufacture if I had to replace.

Gave it to 91 year old mom for her birthday. When setting it up for her I found the arm to be very flimsy. It bent while putting it into the ground. I am hoping that it wont break when she changes flags.

Honestly, when I first saw the package it showed up in, I thought it was going to be super small and cheap. But I was nicely surprised by how sturdy and efficient it is. I have a garden flag on one side with a windsock on the hook part and it's held up well in some really strong wind, along with unexpected snow and sleet. Really glad I bought this one.

This thing lasted all of 2 months before it stripped out and the two pieces would no longer screw together and hold. No idea why because all I did was put it in the ground and leave it there. Threw it in the trash. I've learned my lesson to never by a flag holder that is in two pieces. When will I ever learn that you almost always "get what you pay for"?

it's a nice black finish with four claw feet and a flag clip to keep the flag from wrapping around the top etc.... My family ordered three of these once they saw mine.

I was nervous it was going to be too tall or too short but it’s actually the perfect height For a typical flag size. I love the clip that discreetly holds the flag in place so it does not flip around. And it has a nice hook at the end so it doesn’t slide off.
